Template first or fully custom — how do you decide?
I keep getting stuck between starting from a template for speed and going fully custom for differentiation. Both paths have tradeoffs in timeline, quality, and client perception, and I overthink the decision every project. What criteria do you use to choose quickly without compromising results?
