Three months in and still no clients — what am I missing?
I have been learning and shipping consistently for the last three months, but I still have not landed my first paying client. I am posting work, reaching out, and improving my portfolio, yet traction is close to zero. If you have been through this stage, what changed things for you: positioning, offers, outbound, or something else entirely?
