How are you collecting testimonials after delivery?
I know social proof matters, but I still feel awkward asking for testimonials at the right moment in a project. When I ask too early, feedback is vague; when I ask too late, responses slow down. What request flow or prompt format helps you collect strong, specific testimonials consistently?
